Shipping policy

Every Izm Wear piece is bespoke — cut, printed and finished for you after you place your order. These designs exist nowhere else. This store is the only place you'll find them, and nothing is mass-produced or sitting in a warehouse waiting for a buyer.

That's why we take longer than a fast-fashion site. It's also why no two drops flood the market.

HOW LONG IT TAKES

- Making your piece: 2–4 business days
- UK delivery: typically 8–16 days from the day you order, including the time it takes to make
- Some pieces are finished closer to home and reach you sooner — usually 5–9 business days
- International: varies by destination and normally takes longer than UK delivery. Customs can add time we can't predict

COSTS

- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where it's going and what's in your basket
- Free UK delivery on orders over £79.99

TRACKING

- You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order is dispatched
- If tracking hasn't updated for a few days, that's usually normal for international post — but email us and we'll chase it

DELAYS

- The times above are estimates, not guarantees. Couriers, customs and bank holidays all add time
- If your order is significantly late, email support@izmwear.store with your order number and we'll find out what's happened

WRONG ADDRESS? Email support@izmwear.store immediately. Once a piece goes into production we usually can't change it, so check your address carefully at checkout.
